Here is some piece of good news for all Xbox addicts who have been playing frantically at the hit game Guitar Hero III. Xbox, Toyota and Peavey are teaming up a Guitar Hero III contest where the prize will be a custom Guitar Hero III controller made from an actual guitar stock and decorated from some contest art. Two winners will be chosen so all Guitar Hero III enthusiasts are encouraged to take part in this contest.
To register for the sweepstakes, simply download the “Toyota Matrix Xbox All-Nighter Registration Gamer Picture” from the Marketplace. In addition to that, Xbox is asking gamers to play all night long on the weekend of April 26-27. So for all the wannabe rockers out there who keep on practicing with the Guitar Hero tunes, here is your chance to be rewarded for your continued dedication towards mastering the musical chemistry of the game. And mind you, it is not that easy to strum those controllers to the perfect beat as can be seen from the previous Guitar Hero game series.
So start practicing like crazy again with the loaded tunes and join this contest. You never know if you may be one of the two lucky winners and get that unique custom made controller that is just waiting to be won!

Quake is a pretty well-known game and finding its way towards the Xbox consoles is certainly expected to draw a crowd. Taking its cue from the usual popular series such as Wolfenstein and Quake, most gamers today are sure to be following this new game offering from Activision and start making raves with the scheduled release of Quakewars this coming May.
The age of 3D and gunslingers are upon us and Quakewars is expected to take center stage with all the attention. This hoopla was first experienced using the usual personal computers and with their integration into the game consoles today such as the Xbox, you can just imagine the demand that would come out for this game.
Quakewars is sure to be a hit with all the Quake and Doom followers. But this time around, shooting at the enemies takes a certain twist. Rather than the usual adversaries in the form of professional hit men or soldiers, Quakewars changes the scenario by shifting the enemies in the form of aliens known as the Strogg army.
With Quake still a famous name in the world of gaming today, it should not be surprising at how this game will impact the usual hardcore gamers today. And with advanced graphics expected to improve the game interface, expect a whole new strategy shooting game that will lure in a lot of players towards Quakewars upon its release.
Developed by Splash Damage, the creators of the popular Wolfenstein series, and ID software, the people behind Quake, the title pits members of the Global Defense Force (GDF) against an invading alien Strogg Army that is intent on wiping out the resistance.

We all know the lovable characters Rocky and Bullwinkle and apparently they are not far behind when it comes to being included in the list of games that the Xbox 360 has in store for its patrons. Rocky and Bullwinkle have been in comics and in the movies so why not in game consoles as well?
So you may be asking what makes a Rocky and Bullwinkle Xbox game appealing? Well for one, they are catered more towards the younger generation who take pride in playing with these famous and lovable cartoon characters. They may not be the hardcore games that most Xbox addicts are using these days but it remains that they will have their share of avid gamers today.
Brought to you by Zen Studios, don’t be surprised if this game ranks among the top games mainly because of the name that Rocky and Bullwinkle carry. They are no strangers to the world and for sure, many curious minds will want to try them out and bank on reviews of this simple game that promises to provide various stages and adventures that are normal for games of this genre.
The game offers the usual power ups and level advances and the real challenge is getting towards the obstacles that the game offers. With all these in mind, it is not surprising to note that Rocky and Bullwinkle will likewise be a sought after game in the coming months.
Although Rocky and Bullwinkle has a solid 105 different microgames at its disposal, some of which are actually pretty fun, the bulk of them are pretty underwhelming.

Ahhh yes, Unreal Tournament III so what’s the progress when is the release date. Well the progress of Unreal Tournament III on Xbox 360, as Epic boss Mark Rein said, UT3 will have a playable appearance at the Midway Gamers Day later this month.
And from the game’s official forums, Rein said:
“We don’t have a particular release date yet but we’re going to be playing it with some members of the press in two weeks at Midway’s next Gamers Day in Las Vegas. Should be fun. The game is coming along really nicely.”
Now that is good news indeed and also UT3’s development for the Xbox 360 is just fine, and actually really going along well. The PS3 version of the game supports user-generated maps, but this feature is still on the works or maybe unsure on the 360 version. But as it seems as this title has generated lots of news and is highly anticipated more updates coming soon. Keep in touch
