Halo 3 rakes a record-breaking $170 Million

In first day of release the long awaited game Halo 3 raked a record-breaking $170 million on its first-day sales which surpassed “Spider-Man 3” and the final Harry Potter novel with more than 1.7 million copies of “Halo 3” were preordered.
The Bungie-developed widely popular shooter Halo 3 was officially launched Tuesday, September 25.

But still they were mishaps and little frustrations that came with Halo 3. And Also you may have experienced problems playing Halo 3 online such as screen freezes, inability to access Xbox Live and a weird game update that would lead to a very frustrating error message. Now these “minor issues” as Microsoft claims is due to the uber amount of traffic and thus the notorious Halo3 launch date is dubbed the “most active Xbox Live gaming day in history”. Yeah I was one of the unlucky dudes the experienced those problems.

“Xbox Live and Xbox.com experienced minor issues [Tuesday] as a result of increased activity due to the launch of Halo 3. The issues were quickly resolved and both Xbox Live and Xbox.com are now working fine.”

With those Minor Issues or not. I’m still glad I have my HALO 3.
