On GTA IV and Downloadable Content
So as far as GTA IV is concerned for the PS3 it’s not lagging behind the Xbox 360 in terms of Downloadable content. As the news previously the Microsoft Corp. paid Rockstar $50 Million for exclusive rights for the downloadable content for the 360.
And there are reports and rumors circulating the net that the downloadable content will be available for the Xbox 360 and the PS3 for the highly anticipated game Grand Theft Auto IV but the two downloadable game chapters will still be exclusive only to the Xbox 360.
It was not too long ago that microsoft announced that they had put out $50 Million to Rockstar in order to secure exclusive downloadble content for the Xbox 360 version of Grand Theft Auto IV. Now it seems that the $50 million they put won’t really secure them that much exclusively.
This is because the agreement Microsoft struck with Rockstar is apparently only for the two extra downloadable game chapters. Beyond that though the rest of the downloadable content will come to the PS3 as well.
