Left 4 Dead the newly acquired by Valve Studio Turtle Rock Studios is gonna be an Xbox 360 exclusive, but will not be launched on the PC. hrrrmmm
This game has had a fair bit of press from the PC side of the gaming press, because OXM recently revealed via Xbox360Fanboy, that the game will not only be appearing on PCs. Well so much for PC gamers who find this game to their liking, so better buy yourself an Xbox 360 console for that matter.
The second part to this news is the identity of the developer who will be handling the 360 port (Valve and Turtle Rock won’t be working with it hands-on). That dev is the creator of Halo 2 DLC, Certain Affinity. The 16 man team with former Halo team members will be “handle(ing) 360-specific elements like matchmaking, Live support, console customization, and 360 gameplay tweaks.”

The End of HD DVD is not the End of the XBOX 360 and it wont hurt the Xbox 360 at all as Microsoft had said. The Xbox 360 sales won’t suffer because of the discontinuation of the HD DVD technology of Toshiba Corp. As we all know that the Xbox 360 supports a plug-in HD DVD accessory that allows customers to view high definition DVDs produced only with this Toshiba technology. So our Question is why? Why would Toshiba surrender the High Def battle of supremacy, it seem that Blu-Ray will really be on the way to the 360. Hrrmmm, there is a silver lining in our dark cloud. Blu-Ray Technology may or may not help the Xbox 360, but heck I’m waiting for it. What do I have to lose, Right?
“We do not believe the recent reports about HD DVD will have any material impact on the Xbox 360 platform or our position in the marketplace,” the company said. “We will wait until we hear from Toshiba before announcing any specific plans around the Xbox 360 HD DVD player.”
The Microsoft statement pledged that Xbox 360 customers would continue to be able to consume high-definition movies, television programs, and DVDs they already own.
In January, a Microsoft executive said the company would be open to supporting Blu-Ray technology for its Xbox 360 machine.

Roogoo an innovative and unusual 3D puzzle game, players have to guide and stack different shaped blocks through various platforms to not only save planet Roo, but the entire Roogoo race.
Roogoo developed by SpiderMonk Entertainment will be released this April for the Xbox LIVE(R) Arcade and Windows-based PC, as SouthPeak Games today announced earlier.
“Roogoo is a rare, multiplayer puzzle game that combines compulsive play and an engaging storyline,” said Melanie Mroz, CEO of SouthPeak Games. “The game’s intuitive controls, unique charm, and production quality, will compel anyone to pick up and play but also challenge those looking to be the guru of Roogoo.”
Roogoo’s task is to guide the meteors in the form of shaped blocks though a series of rotating disks as a means of saving planet Roo and the entire Roogoo race. If you are able to align them all correctly, the disks allow the blocks to reach the ground and scores are awarded. Various obstacles and enemies will impede the blocks’ movement and with the flow of meteor blocks steadily increasing as the game progresses, players will have to think on their feet to save the Roogoo and rack up seriously high scores.
The new puzzle game features more than 45 puzzle levels with single- player, two-player split screen and party game modes. Roogoo introduces bonus challenges and stages as the game progresses with new shapes and characters.
