Xbox 360 Free Games
The news that Sony’s PS3 is having a price cut of their 60GB version of the Playstation 3 from $599 USD to $499, although the price of the Xbox 360 won’t lower down. It seems that Microsoft would rather give freebies than do a price cut. But they’ve lowered the Xbox 360 by $50 USD less, to keep up with the rivals.
This upcoming holiday shopping season, the Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Elite are expected to ship with Forza Motorsport 2 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance. The games have a combined retail price of US$90, according to Microsoft.
Now it has been a successful strategy to bundle free games with the Xbox 360 to entice customers to buy the Xbox 360, but it may also be a better strategy to cut the price off to encourage casual gamers to buy the Xbox 360 and not feel like they’re being ripped off.
And this time I’ll add a list of Upcoming games for November, that I would be waiting for.
