Xbox 360 Support
Microsoft launched the Xbox 360 support site for those in the U.S. to help release the tension of the recent RROD problems, and stress dealing with repair and warranties and talks of such. Oh my Xbox 360 is finally dead, after buying a new after 1 month… boom there it is again the Red Ring of Death, now since this is online I can monitor the repairs, setup a repair and track its status online… cool right… oh yeah, loving it.

Now if there was online support for customers not in the US now that would be sweet, guess we’ll have to keep in touch if Microsoft is going to launch an Online Site for International customers.
