Xbox Live Downtime
Expect a 4 hour downtime today September 10 because of a scheduled timeout for 4 hours between 10am to 2pm GMT (2am to 6am PDT for all the State side players). Now it may be sad when we experience that 4 hours is a very long time for gamers eagerly awaiting to play their daily dose of gaming time, now is cut short for 4 hours. How Sad indeed.
Now to counter this confusion and panic that is brought to us by the downtime, better reset you gaming shcedule and just chill for a while… I know it’s hard to do, since I am gonna panicking during that 4 hour stretch, Hopefully it will only take 4 hours this time, but who knows. The past 2 scheduled downtimes for Xbox Live took longer that it was supposed to be. Let this not be a repeat of that not so wonderful event.
Xbox Live will be going down for a service upgrade on September 10, 2007 starting at 2:01 PDT and lasting for approximatly 4 hours. I just recieved this message from Xbox Live on my 360. It was bound to happen since a huge rush of people will be hitting Halo 3 15 days after this upgrade.
