Xbox Originals on the 360

On my recent post about Xbox LIVE is now 5ive and about the Xbox Originals on the 360 and ready for download via Xbox LIVE on December 4 for $15 bucks, I got a little bit stoked as I found out that the Originals that are ready for download wont come with achievements. Aww, that was I was waiting for and the game is abit more pricey ain’t it. The games should be about $10 or less. But It’s ok by me, I don’t know about other gamers out there, but I will check out if my Original would work on my 360, I’ll try it first before I shell out $15 to download the games.

On the Achievements part, this is what Major Nelson has to say about that on Will Xbox Originals have Achievements?

I have gotten quite a few questions about yesterday’s Xbox Originals announcement. Specifically, folks want to know if these games will have additional functionality like Achievements and Gamer score. The answer is no. “These are the original games that were created before Xbox 360. In order to preserve the integrity of the original gaming experience they provide, they will have the features available at the time of their initial release.” I hope that clears that up.
